Michael O'Driscoll is chief operating officer of HomeFront Brands, a multi-brand residential and light commercial property services franchisor whose concepts include Window Hero, The Designery, Temporary Wall Systems, BiltRite Home Inspections, Top Rail Fence and Mozzie Dome. He was also named the company's president of franchising in 2023, with oversight of franchisee onboarding and coaching, call center operations, technology and data analytics, learning and development, and the annual convention. Originally from Australia, he previously served as Citibank's head of franchise finance there, is a former board director of the Franchise Council of Australia, and has served on the International Franchise Association's Membership Committee.
