Measured impact
Value you can audit, visit by visit.
Every coaching visit carries a priority with a dollar figure. Then we check it against locations like the one that was coached.
to the brand a year
royalty and brand fund at 6.0%
to franchisees a year
revenue they keep · 94¢ of every dollar
Franchisees keep most of every dollar. We report both, side by side, every time.
At a brand of roughly 1,000 locations, Harmonyze measured +$8.2M a year to the brand and +$69.8M a year to franchisees.

The method
Measured in the first deployment. Modeled at full scale.
Dashboards are great. You cannot run a business off one. The product names the priority, the action, the evidence, and the dollar figure for every location, and then tells you whether the number moved.
- Unit of value
- One coaching visit, or touch. Its value is the incremental sales at the coached location over the weeks after it.
- Comparison group
- Similar locations by sales volume, daypart mix, venue type, and market, uncoached over the same window.
- Seasonality
- Same weeks, year over year. Cinco de Mayo week is compared with Cinco de Mayo week.
- Window
- A fixed window before and after each visit, the same for every location. Recovery usually shows within a few weeks.
- Honesty
- Plans that trail their comparison group are included at full weight. One assumption is made explicit; everything under it is arithmetic.
- Reporting
- To the brand as royalty and brand fund on the lift. To franchisees as the revenue they keep. Side by side, every time.
- Labels
- Every figure is tagged measured, calculated, modeled, estimated, or assumed. The first deployment is designed to prove value before the rest.
One plan, measured
The gap after the visit is the effect.
Before the visit, the coached location tracks its comparison group. After it, it does not. That difference, in dollars, is what the visit was worth. When a plan trails its group, the same chart shows it, and it counts.
