Tyler Kraemer is senior director of franchise services at Penn Station, Inc., the Cincinnati-founded franchisor of Penn Station East Coast Subs. He joined the brand in April 2022 as its first director of franchise services, a newly created role serving as the liaison between franchisees and Penn Station's technology partners, covering store-level operations support, franchisee back-office reporting, IT vendor relationships, and the brand's POS committee and IT training program. He previously was director of operations services at GSR Brands and, from 2012 to 2014, general manager of Penn Station's corporate training restaurant, with more than 25 years in the restaurant industry focused on unit operations and training.
