He was promoted to COO on stage at the brand's 2022 annual conference after serving as vice president of operations, having spent nearly 14 years with the company at that point. The company states he has more than 15 years of wellness-industry leadership experience and rose through six internal promotions; he oversees operations across the franchise network.
