Dean Hartley is brand president of Five Star Bath Solutions, a bathroom remodeling brand in the Five Star Franchising portfolio, where he directs the franchise systems and processes franchise owners use to run their businesses. In April 2026, Five Star Franchising announced the acquisition and launch of Five Star Flooring, built from the Michigan flooring business Hartley had operated as In and Out Floors, and named him its brand president. Earlier in his career he was vice president of sales and marketing at Design Imaging, supporting dealers with sales and technical assistance.
